What you'll do
- Manage, hire, and develop hourly Lowe’s Security Specialists; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze data and report trends to guide strategies that reduce damage, risk, and expenses while improving profitability.
- Oversee quality audits, operational controls, training, quarterly walks, and asset-protection processes, including support for new buildings and equipment changes.
