About the job
Coordinates installation projects end to end, keeping customers, service providers, stores, and vendors informed and resolving issues so work proceeds on schedule.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound calls and outbound follow-ups to support installation jobs and provide updates or gather information.
- Coordinate scheduling, product delivery, project scope, and required compliance documents.
- Document interactions and resolve post-completion work order issues, including assessing costs and potential chargebacks.
