What you'll do
- Coordinate installation scheduling, product delivery, and customer updates with service providers, stores, and vendors.
- Respond to inbound calls and manage outbound tasks to gather information, set expectations, and resolve work-order issues.
- Maintain project records and ensure required permit and Lead Safe Practices documents are uploaded.
