Coordinates installation projects from purchase through completion, keeping customers, service providers, stores, and vendors informed and resolving issues along the way.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound communications to support installation jobs, verify project scope, and provide updates.
- Coordinate scheduling and product delivery, and ensure required permit and Lead Safe Practices documents are uploaded.
- Resolve post-completion work order issues and document project interactions in the designated systems.
