Partners with enterprise sourcing teams and business units to conduct sourcing projects, analyze bids, negotiate vendor agreements, and support procurement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs; perform sourcing baseline and bid analysis and manage vendor outreach and bid sheets.
- Negotiate, process, and execute vendor NDAs and Master Agreements; draft SOWs and coordinate vendor onboarding.
- Provide project updates to stakeholders and customers, maintain relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement and organizational initiatives.
