What you'll do
- Inspect customer orders and document results; audit shipments, warehouse schedules, and facility processes.
- Research inventory discrepancies, cancelled or held picks, shrink, and WMS issues; communicate compliance and operational concerns.
- Coach team members on quality and safe behaviors, and identify safety issues for resolution.
