About the job
Provides hands-on technical support for Lumana’s deployed video security systems, troubleshooting and improving hardware, software, networking, and cloud-connected infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot system and network issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution across networking, edge devices, infrastructure, and integrations.
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor infrastructure and networking components across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Product on testing, incident response, reliability improvements, automation, and technical documentation.
