Oversees multiple enterprise customer implementations, coordinating internal teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and in line with customer objectives.
What you'll do
- Manage implementation programs from initiation through go-live and post-launch stabilization, including plans, timelines, risks, milestones, and budget considerations.
- Coordinate customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams; facilitate governance meetings, reviews, risk assessments, and executive updates.
- Improve implementation methods and reporting, while supporting strategic customer initiatives and operational planning.
