Owns HR support for Luminance’s New York office and wider US employee population, advising managers and employees while delivering HR operations and contributing to people initiatives.

- Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees, and help develop departmental people strategies.
- Support employee lifecycle, policy compliance, HR operations, reporting, and confidential recordkeeping.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that improve employee experience, inclusion, engagement, collaboration, and wellbeing.
