Guides enterprise customers through Luminance platform implementations, from discovery and configuration to training and independent use.
What you'll do
- Lead customer discovery, translate requirements into scalable configurations, and manage concurrent implementations against agreed milestones.
- Deliver training and explain platform functionality, limitations, and recommended practices to customer stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate delivery risks, collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support, and improve team playbooks using recurring patterns.
