What you'll do
- Own complex, high-value implementations from discovery and configuration through delivery, managing milestones, risks, and senior stakeholder expectations.
- Coach colleagues and define implementation playbooks, configuration standards, and training assets.
- Provide structured customer insight to Product and manage escalations with clear recommendations.
