Leads complex, high-value customer implementations of Luminance’s legal platform, while setting delivery standards, coaching colleagues, and providing structured feedback to Product.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end implementation delivery, including discovery, configuration, timelines, stakeholder management, and risk escalation.
- Coach colleagues and define or improve team playbooks, configuration standards, and training assets.
- Provide Product with evidence-based insights into recurring customer needs.
What they ask for
- 4–5 years of client-facing experience in legal tech or B2B SaaS in implementation, onboarding, professional services, delivery, or customer success, and/or significant relevant legal experience.
- Track record of owning complex or high-value implementations end to end.
- Fluency with contracts, negotiation positions, approval processes, and commercial workflows.
- Experience crafting effective prompts for AI systems and ability to teach it.
Nice to have
- Qualified lawyer, or in-house legal or legal operations experience.

Pay
USD $100,000-$130,000 per annum (base salary)
