Leads material planning and readiness for hardware prototype builds and transitions to volume manufacturing, coordinating engineering, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
What you'll do
- Plan material requirements and kitting across Proto, EVT, DVT, and PVT builds; track clear-to-build status and consigned component pipelines.
- Manage design-change revision rollovers, demand scenarios, yield, scrap, inventory, and reorder points to reduce shortages and excess exposure.
- Maintain material-readiness dashboards and lead weekly material reviews with suppliers and manufacturers.

- 5+ years of experience in materials planning, NPI supply chain, or hardware manufacturing operations, spanning internal prototype builds and outsourced contract manufacturing.
- Direct experience managing consigned materials, inventory reconciliation, and manufacturer liabilities.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools, plus advanced Excel and data-modelling skills.
Nice to have
