Own enterprise customer onboardings for an AI accounts-receivable product, integrate customer systems, prepare data, ship TypeScript improvements, and help build the forward-deployed engineering function.
What you'll do
- Lead customer onboardings from signed SOW through launch and stability, connecting ERP and CRM systems.
- Clean and match customer data; ship production TypeScript integrations and shared product improvements.
- Work with the AI team on agent prompts and evaluations, and develop onboarding playbooks and the team.
