What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and grow firmware engineers while managing hiring, staffing, roadmaps, and performance.
- Set firmware architecture and own OTA updates, fleet diagnostics, reliability improvements, and engineering practices.
- Partner across teams and represent firmware in product delivery, regulatory compliance, and safety certification.
