Provides in-person customer service and manages daily vehicle rental operations at a Flexdrive facility serving Lyft drivers in Cleveland.
What you'll do
- Assist customers through rental check-in, vehicle assignment, customer support, and returns.
- Prepare rental vehicles, including fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and license plates, inspecting vehicles, and managing compliance documents.
- Organize and transport vehicles, handle daily rental operations, and report vehicle issues or program challenges.
