About the job
Own payroll accounting and month-end close activities for Lyft’s US and North American entities, ensuring accurate records, reconciliations, and controls.
What you'll do
- Prepare and book payroll journal entries and accruals, including monthly payroll, bonus, workers’ compensation, PTO, and commissions.
- Complete close activities, reconcile and analyze payroll-related GL accounts, and investigate discrepancies with FP&A and Payroll.
- Maintain audit-ready records and internal controls, and identify ways to streamline or automate recurring close work.
