Senior Product Manager, Rider ML/AI

What you'll do

• Set product roadmaps, model objectives, metrics, and KPIs for Rider app personalization; report on performance and financial outcomes.
• Partner with data science and cross-functional teams on rider value, launch adoption, and a unified rider profile for ML and AI training.
• Plan and evaluate experiments and model performance, document product strategy and requirements, and present progress to leadership.

What they ask for

• Experience driving technically complex ML products end to end, ideally consumer-facing products with UI interactions.
• Experience managing engineering work toward a roadmap and conducting large-scale user-facing experiments; familiarity with statistical power and significance.
• Experience using AI agents to accelerate execution, and knowledge of ML/AI and common ML and deep learning packages.
• Ability to review technical specifications, operate independently, and present to executive and large-team audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer-facing applications involving UI interactions is described as ideal.

$148,000 - $185,000 USD base salary
