Leads Lyft’s People Business Partner organization, enterprise workforce planning, and human-capital strategy for international M&A while advising senior executives on people strategy and organizational change.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the global People Business Partner organization and shape organizational effectiveness, leadership pipelines, and talent retention.
- Own enterprise workforce planning with Finance, including headcount and skills planning, scenarios, and workforce analytics.
- Lead the human-capital workstream for international M&A, from diligence and retention-risk assessment through integration and Day 1 readiness.

Pay
