What you'll do
- Own strategic success for major enterprise accounts, coordinating teams to drive adoption, retention, and customer value.
- Lead customer governance and executive reviews; develop account, renewal, and expansion strategies with Sales.
- Develop solution strategies, prototypes, and customer enablement across supply chain modeling, planning, or AI/ML use cases.
