Leads end-to-end delivery of Lyric’s supply chain platform for enterprise customers, from planning through go-live and steady-state monitoring.
What you'll do
- Own deployment workstreams, project plans, stakeholder communications, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Lead UAT, customer training, adoption, and end-user support through go-live and monitoring.
- Use AI tools in delivery and identify AI and agentic capabilities for customer planning operations.
