Processes vendor invoices and employee expenses, manages payments and AP records, and supports reconciliations, reporting, and close activities.
What you'll do
- Process, code, enter, and verify vendor invoices and employee expense reports, including three-way matching.
- Prepare payments, reconcile vendor statements and AP balances, and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Maintain AP records and documentation; support closing, reporting, audits, and process improvements.
