Plans, executes, and troubleshoots electrical and hardware tests for prototype and production hardware, documenting results and improving test coverage and reliability.
What you'll do
- Develop test plans, procedures, setups, and pass/fail criteria from hardware requirements and documentation.
- Run hardware bring-up, functional, integration, and bench tests; investigate failures and distinguish hardware issues from test-system issues.
- Document results, report findings, verify corrective actions, and improve procedures, fixtures, and automated test workflows.

- 3+ years of hands-on electrical, electronics, avionics, or hardware testing experience, or equivalent demonstrated capability.
- Ability to plan and perform tests independently and interpret electrical schematics, block diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical requirements.

$40 — $52 USD (base salary)
