What you'll do
- Mentor technicians, assign shop work, and uphold quality and safety standards.
- Fabricate and inspect components, assemblies, and test fixtures; operate the Flow Waterjet and manual machines.
- Coordinate with engineers on build issues and design-for-manufacturing feedback; improve fabrication processes.
