What you'll do
- Triage and track legal requests, gather information for attorneys, and manage matters through resolution.
- Build and improve legal processes, workflows, templates, and knowledge repositories; evaluate and implement legal technology.
- Assist with routine contract review and drafting, legal research, records, compliance filings, and coordination with outside counsel.
