About the job

Build and deploy real-time vision and multi-sensor perception systems for autonomous platforms operating in contested environments.

What you'll do

  • Develop and evaluate detection, segmentation, and tracking models; build datasets and training pipelines.
  • Optimize perception models for embedded inference and fuse vision with auxiliary sensor cues.
  • Test and validate systems using simulation and field data; build diagnostic tools and monitor model performance.

What they ask for

  • Production C++ on Linux and Python; CUDA performance debugging and optimization.
  • Experience with detection, segmentation, or tracking models and training or fine-tuning in PyTorch.
  • Experience building diverse datasets and reproducible training pipelines; hands-on model compression and runtime optimization.
  • EO/IR imagery and real flight/test data experience; track record shipping ML models to production.

Nice to have

  • Multi-modal perception with EO/IR and radar, LiDAR, or RF; robustness, safety, and drift monitoring.
  • Physics-aware imaging, synthetic data/simulation, or MLOps and scalable multi-GPU training.

Pay

$125,000 — $160,000 USD (base salary); $165,000 — $220,000 USD (base salary)

Tools

C++, Linux, Python, CUDA, PyTorch, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, Jetson

AI focus
