About the job
Leads the design, industrialization, commissioning, and production launch of manufacturing systems and facilities for solid rocket motors, pyrotechnics, and other energetic products.
What you'll do
- Own manufacturing-line architecture and translate product and production needs into processes, equipment, facility requirements, and production plans.
- Lead capital-equipment selection, integration, commissioning, qualification, and production ramp.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and establish manufacturing standards for energetic production systems.
