What you'll do
- Develop and qualify forming processes, tooling, equipment, and end-to-end manufacturing plans.
- Plan capacity and throughput; lead equipment implementation, production launch, and process improvements.
- Partner with Design Engineering, Production, Tooling, Quality, and suppliers to improve manufacturability and resolve forming issues.

$140,000 — $180,000 USD (base salary); $195,000 — $220,000 USD (base salary)
