About the job

Tracks aerospace vehicle performance and uncertainty from conceptual design through production, plans evidence and tests to assess performance, and feeds measured-data insights back into design tools.

What you'll do

  • Maintain vehicle-level predicted-versus-measured performance and uncertainty tracking, identifying deltas and prioritizing unknowns.
  • Define analysis, measurement, test, and success criteria; assess test results against predictions and report findings and risks.
  • Work across engineering teams to feed model-correlation results and validated data into design tools and develop reusable tracking workflows.

What they ask for

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace vehicle performance assessment, flight test analysis, test engineering, experimental engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ownership of performance tracking, evidence strategy, or model correlation for complex aerospace vehicles or physical systems.
  • Experience assessing experimental, ground test, or flight test data against predictions or engineering models; using Python, Julia, MATLAB, or similar tools for analysis and data processing.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with aerospace vehicle flight test or operational assessment, instrumentation, telemetry, test planning, or experimental design.
