What you'll do
- Lead supplier industrialization, qualification, process validation, and production-readiness activities for electrical hardware.
- Develop supplier controls, inspection methods, acceptance criteria, and first-article requirements; monitor supplier performance.
- Lead root-cause and corrective-action investigations and support design reviews, supplier transitions, and reliability improvements.
