About the job

Develop and deploy localization, navigation, and sensor-fusion software for autonomous platforms operating in environments where GPS and other sensors may be unreliable.

What you'll do

  • Build vision navigation and targeting features from simulation through hardware-in-the-loop testing and flight using production C++.
  • Develop and tune estimation, sensor-fusion, calibration, and time-synchronization systems; validate them in flight.
  • Optimize real-time embedded software and create evaluation pipelines for performance, reliability, and graceful degradation.

What they ask for

  • Modern C++ on Linux and Python; strong debugging, profiling, and testing skills.
  • Experience with SLAM/state estimation, including EKF/UKF, factor graphs, nonlinear least squares, observability, and covariance tuning.
  • Vision and sensor-integration experience, including VIO/SLAM, IMU, GNSS/RTK, and sensors such as cameras, LiDAR, and radar.
  • Proven research-to-production delivery and field testing on real platforms.

Nice to have

  • CUDA/TensorRT/ONNX Runtime or NVIDIA Jetson; ROS 2 or PX4/ArduPilot.
  • Experience with SQL/Parquet, contested or denied environments, Rust, or Docker.
