What you'll do
- Partner with engineering and leadership teams to define roles, develop job descriptions, and advise on talent-market trends and compensation benchmarking.
- Source and manage candidates, drive the recruitment lifecycle through offer and onboarding coordination, and build talent pipelines.
- Improve recruiting processes and represent the company at recruiting events, conferences, and university partnerships.
