Own and improve cross-functional operating processes, reporting, and projects to help Mach9 scale.
What you'll do
- Run recurring processes such as quote-to-cash, billing, accounts receivable, variable compensation, customer setup, and customer operations.
- Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, OKRs, and analysis; investigate ambiguous operating problems and drive solutions through execution.
- Create and improve workflows, systems, documentation, and controls, including identifying work to simplify or automate.
