About the job

Design, train, and bring computer vision and 3D ML models from research through production to extract CAD-grade features from LiDAR point clouds and imagery.

What you'll do

  • Develop and evaluate models and research approaches for image and 3D detection, localization, and feature extraction.
  • Own models across problem framing, data strategy, training, evaluation, and integration into Digital Surveyor.
  • Develop accuracy metrics and collaborate with infrastructure and product teams on scaling models and meeting user needs.

What they ask for

  • Master's or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience training models for segmentation, detection, or 3D understanding, with a strong computer vision and deep learning foundation.
  • Experience taking an ML model from research or prototype to production.
  • Working knowledge of 3D perception concepts, strong communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency with Python and a production-quality ML library.

Nice to have

  • Experience with 3D deep learning architectures, large imagery or point-cloud datasets, or production model optimization.
  • Familiarity with multi-GPU training and experiment management; relevant publications or open-source contributions.
