Performs and leads inspections of flight-critical components, ensuring compliance with engineering and customer requirements and driving quality on the production floor.
What you'll do
- Conduct receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections; document results and maintain traceability.
- Identify and help resolve nonconformances, maintain measurement equipment integrity, and address shop-floor quality risks.
- Support inspection standardization, mentor junior inspectors, and contribute to continuous improvement.
