Manages client relationships and campaigns to retain and grow revenue, improve customer adoption and satisfaction, and connect client needs with Madhive’s product solutions.
What you'll do
- Own the customer journey from onboarding through renewal, driving retention, revenue growth, adoption, and customer health.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot and optimize campaigns to meet delivery metrics and KPIs, and resolve client escalations.
- Analyze client performance and industry trends, lead Executive Business Reviews, and collaborate across teams to advocate for customer needs.
