Leads MagicSchool’s trust and safety work for AI products used by teachers and students, including safety controls, incident response, district trust, and student protection.
What you'll do
- Own AI output safety, including policies, guardrails, evaluations, red-teaming, monitoring, and incident response.
- Build district-facing safety documentation and coordinate with Legal on privacy laws and AI regulation.
- Lead a small student-safety team and integrate safety criteria into product development.
