Supports client engagements across discovery, solution design, testing, pilot training, and post-launch support for Makai’s automation platform.
What you'll do
- Document client workflows, systems, and data; create process diagrams and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, product, and client teams to develop, test, refine, and support product features.
- Lead client meetings and user training, capture feedback, maintain a product roadmap, and contribute enhancements to the backlog.
