What you'll do
- Own transaction workstreams from diligence through structuring, negotiation, financing, and close; track deal pipeline and sourcing.
- Build operating and valuation models, assess business fundamentals, and prepare analysis for executive and board discussions.
- Identify and implement operational and AI-enabled improvements with technology, business, and management teams.
