Manages Mapbox’s identity systems, endpoints, and office technology while automating IT support and maintaining secure, reliable employee systems.
What you'll do
- Manage identity and access provisioning, endpoint security, and employee IT lifecycle across company systems.
- Own office networking, WiFi, audio-visual, conferencing, and computing systems; serve as a technical escalation point.
- Analyze ticket trends and build automation and self-service tools; partner with Security on audit readiness and access reviews.

USD $83,300 - $112,700 base salary; 5% to 10% higher for US locations with a higher cost of labor (base salary)
