What you'll do
- Build and maintain project and corporate financial models, including DCFs, life-of-mine models, financing structures, and sensitivity analyses.
- Prepare investor, lender, board, and internal decision materials; manage diligence workstreams and coordinate advisors.
- Analyze transaction terms and comparable deals, support negotiations, and help develop models, data pipelines, and workflows on MarianaOS.
