What you'll do
- Lead resource modeling, reserve estimation, mine planning, and life-of-mine scheduling.
- Oversee grade control, survey, geotechnical, drilling, blasting, and operational performance against production, grade, cost, and safety targets.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and lead the technical services team in partnership with operations.
