Build and lead Mariana Minerals’ logistics function, setting strategy and overseeing freight operations, partners, team development, and logistics infrastructure decisions across sites and projects.
What you'll do
- Set logistics strategy, lead a team, and manage senior relationships with 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and carriers.
- Oversee freight execution across air, ocean, rail, and linehaul; ensure customs and international shipping compliance.
- Evaluate logistics infrastructure investments, monitor spending and performance, and improve data, processes, and reporting.
