Leads Mariana Minerals’ plant design and BIM teams, setting design standards and coordinating plant design deliverables, tools, and workflows from concept through construction.
What you'll do
- Lead, recruit, and develop multidisciplinary design staff; manage outsourced design and drafting work.
- Set and govern design, CAD/BIM standards, workflows, BIM execution plans, and information management processes.
- Coordinate design resources and develop plant models and associated 2D deliverables with internal teams, partners, vendors, and software developers.
What they ask for
- 10–15+ years of plant design experience for industrial facilities in owner, EPC, or EPCM environments.
- 5+ years leading and line-managing design teams, including 3D modelers, 2D drafters, and BIM professionals.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing design, CAD, and BIM strategies, standards, and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of 3D plant design and 2D drafting software, BIM coordination and clash detection tools, and common data environments.
Nice to have
- Multidisciplinary experience across plant design disciplines.
- Experience with software development teams, information management frameworks, design automation, scripting, computational design, digital twins, or laser scanning and point clouds.

$140K – $190K USD base salary
