Design MarianaOS by simplifying complex, data-heavy workflows and shaping usable product experiences in close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Design clear information architecture and flows for complex workflows; own and grow a design system with coded components.
- Partner with PMs and engineers from problem framing through launch, including prototyping directly in code and setting near-term design direction.
- Conduct lightweight user research and feedback loops, and define design practices as the company grows.
