Own the strategy, roadmap, monetization, and business outcomes for Marqeta’s next-generation flexible payment cards, leading execution and partnerships from product discovery through launch and adoption.
What you'll do
- Set the multi-year vision and roadmap, and drive portfolio growth and monetization.
- Lead engineering squads and cross-functional programs across the card payments lifecycle.
- Build strategic relationships with card networks, banks, fintechs, and customers; use data and financial models to guide product investment.

Pay
174,700 - 218,400 USD base salary (National); 189,000 - 236,300 USD base salary (Premium); 205,500 - 256,900 USD base salary (Premium Plus)
