Supports the strategy and delivery of Marqeta’s Dashboard and operational platforms used to manage card programs, investigate transactions, handle disputes, and oversee financial operations.
What you'll do
- Support the Dashboard and enterprise-platform roadmap, turning operational needs into scalable workflows and tools.
- Develop operational dashboards, reporting, and secure systems for identity, permissions, and governance.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to integrate enterprise tools and identify AI-assisted workflow improvements.
