Senior Director, Corporate FP&A

What you'll do

• Own annual and long-range plans, quarterly forecasts, monthly close commentary, planning rhythms, and board and executive financial materials.
• Lead company-wide operating expense and headcount forecasting, including vendor spend, T&E, capital expenditure, and cost-structure analysis.
• Modernize FP&A systems and data flows, automate recurring work, and lead and develop the Corporate & Functional FP&A team.

What they ask for

• 15+ years of progressive FP&A experience at scaled operating companies, including meaningful public-company FP&A experience.
• 7+ years managing FP&A teams, with a track record of developing analysts and senior analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA welcomed but not required with equivalent experience.
• Deep corporate FP&A, opex and headcount management, public-company accounting and GAAP fluency, and demonstrated deployment of AI in finance.

Nice to have

• CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Payments, fintech, or scaled SaaS experience; experience with Sigma or comparable BI platforms, finance transformation, or deploying AI workflows on an FP&A team.

Pay

$217,300 - $271,600 USD base salary; $228,600 - $285,800 USD base salary; $240,000 - $300,000 USD base salary
