Coordinates RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses from intake through submission, keeping cross-functional teams and Loopio projects on schedule and improving the response workflow.
What you'll do
- Manage live RFP, RFI, and DDQ projects, including deadlines and submissions.
- Coordinate contributors, gather inputs, follow up on blockers, and maintain Loopio projects and response library content.
- Report on project status, risks, and library health; support workflow improvements, including automation and AI-assisted opportunities.
