What you'll do
- Answer member calls, search for vacation exchanges, manage open requests, and follow up with members.
- Complete exchange, Getaway, membership sales, renewal, and other transactions; explain fees, policies, and cancellation terms.
- Provide member support and recommend travel products while meeting sales, service, quality, and productivity goals.
